Welcome! please review our policy

Booking Procedure

Book your appointment online or by contacting your practitioner. Select Initial Consultation for your first visit. For a practitioner's current availability, tap the BOOK button on their card in the Appointments section of the Home page

Follow-up sessions are usually booked in person, but can also be booked online. Cancellations, no-shows, and chronic re-scheduling may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments

Intake Forms

Your practitioner will help you complete your intake and waiver forms during your initial consultation. If you have any questions, please let them know during the appointment

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you miss, reschedule, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you are required to pay the regular fee for your appointment . The credit card kept on file may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or non-appearance

Arriving on Time

To accommodate everyone, we strictly observe our appointment schedule . If you were late, we would only have the time remaining in your booking for treatment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to change and enjoy the full benefit of your session

Keeping a Healthy Environment

If you feel unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms in advance of a scheduled appointment, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Osteopathic Balance provides hand sanitizer in the change rooms: please use hand sanitizer before entering the treatment area

Additional Attendees

Treatment is one-on-one and requires the practitioner’s full attention on their patient. If you need a caregiver to accompany you, please indicate as much when booking your appointment. Osteopathic Balance provides a quiet lobby where your caregiver may wait until your session is finished

A Note About COVID-19

Osteopathic Balance adheres to best practices as outlined by the Ministry of Health, Public Health, and the Ontario Osteopathic Association with regard to preventing the spread of COVID-19. Practitioners sanitize surfaces and practice hand hygiene between every appointment. If needed, you can request that your practitioner wear a mask when booking your appointment
